The Core Yoga Workshop (Activating the Core) builds on the crown system Stability yoga with a more in-depth look alignment and the effect breathing has on the body.
Breath is the key that opens the door to the inner practice and activating the core it the key to Vitality. This class also explores active relaxation, the longer we hold the posture the less effort we put in the more energy we get in return. This is another way to describe vitality, active relaxation and proper breathing are the keys.
