The yoga foundation day 2 builds on day 1 with more focus on integrating postures, breathing and meditation as one integerated practice. We explore the philosophy around being present and centred physically, energatically and mentally and how to take the yoga practice off the yoga mat and into every experiences.
The day is suited to anyone interested in exploring yoga as a living practice and bringing it to life. We also explore the Chakras and how they relate to yoga practice, as well as interrupting them in a practical and tangible way.
Suitable for beginners to regular practitioners.
