Meditation Foundation Day 1
The yoga meditation foundation course covers the fundamental basics of meditation. it is suitable for anyone who would like to experience a grounding in mediation and how to establish a regular practice. The focus of the course will be underpinned by wisdom teachings and practices and will draw upon insight meditation and mindfulness.
