Meditation Foundation Day 2
The meditation foundation 2 builds on day 1 with a more indept look at mindfulness meditation and its effects in our everyday life. The practice is essentially constant awareness and to maintain this we must explore the Chakras and how our personal truths alighn with universal truths. In this we can attain and maintain constant awareness, we also explore the philosophy of awakening and realisation and what its means to live in the present moment living our truth.
The practices for the day will include meditation, relaxation and breathing and how they become one integerated experience.
